CAMPBELL, Calif. – Today, life science solutions company Saama announced that global pharmaceutical executive Jackie Kent has joined the company as Advisor. With more than 30 years of experience in innovative healthcare technology, clinical trial design and execution, and clinical trial supply planning, Kent will support Saama’s growth and expansion as it develops technologies to accelerate the clinical trial process.

Kent has more than three decades of experience in pharma and life sciences technology. As the Chief Customer Officer for Medidata Solutions, Kent recently created the Customer Success organization, which is laser-focused on ensuring a positive customer experience along every step of its journey. Previously, she served as Medidata’s Chief Product Officer.
Before joining Medidata, Kent spent 29 years in various clinical development leadership roles at Eli Lilly. There, she worked with leading organizations to develop and maintain feasibility, recruitment/retention, site selection, clinical operations, clinical trials supply planning, and medical quality.
Currently, Jackie works with the Society of Clinical Research Sites (SCRS), providing leadership to create greater site sustainability. She also serves as a board director for Circuit Clinical, and as chair of the Association of Clinical Research Organizations (ACRO).
Her recent honors include PharmaVoice 100, PM360 Elite Strategist, and HBA Luminary.
