Customer Delivery Lead
The Customer Delivery Lead (CDL) serves as the voice of the customer within Saama. CDL’s have accountability for project delivery, from contract through launch. They serve as a primary point of escalation for the customer, orchestrate key customer contacts, and channel feedback into the organization.
Technical Program Manager
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is the tactical partner to the Customer Delivery Lead (CDL). The TPM manages day-to-day technical activities and collaborates directly with operations, support, and customer delivery teams, to drive successful implementation.
